Price and payment

The price of the product will be in accordance with its publication on the website at the time of purchase, but it is agreed that in the event of a clear error in the price of the product, the company will be able to cancel the transaction.

The company reserves the right to update and / or change the price as advertised on the website.

Payment on the website will only be by valid credit card, which can be cleared by one of the credit card companies in Israel.

Cancellation and Return Policy

The company will refund the surfer the amount paid by him for the product less the sum of 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower (hereinafter: "cancellation fee").

Replacing the product with a message that will be delivered by the surfer to the site operator by email service@myjewelry.co.il and returning the product without using its original packaging with the surfer's price tag within 48 hours of purchase.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the surfer will not be allowed to cancel or replace the product to the extent that it has been individually adapted to the customer (such as engraving, etc.).

In the event of cancellation of the purchase due to a defect in the product, no cancellation fee will be charged and the cost of returning the product will be on the company.

Maintaining the integrity of the product

To maintain the integrity of the product, avoid swimming with jewelry in the sea or in the pool, and avoid contact of the jewelry with harsh chemicals, such as bleach, chlorine, etc.

The product can be cleaned with soap and water using a gentle toothbrush and / or with a special cleaning cloth marketed by the company.

Product Warranty

Subject to the observance of the product's health regulations as detailed above, and for reasonable and normal use of the product, the purchaser of the product is given a warranty through the website for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, upon presentation of a purchase invoice and warranty certificate.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified and agreed that the warranty is solely for defects in the production and / or use of defective materials, and does not include fractures and / or tears and / or blows and / or damage and / or to the extent the product has been treated and / or repaired by the company.
