Dear customers, we will do our best to provide you with the order in the fastest and highest quality way. A standard product that does not belong to a product from the personal design department will be handled within one business day.
The shipments we make with the help of the global UPS company are delivered in just one business day.  Exceptional cases will be provided after an additional business day.

In case the company has out of stock, we will contact you to update and offer a replacement product solution from the personal design department (engravings). The production will be done within 5 business days.
