Terms of cancellation

A. Cancellation of a transaction will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

B. Notice of cancellation of a transaction can be given in a number of ways: by phone 054-3334849.

C. When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or due to non-delivery of the product on the set date, or any other breach of contract, the consumer's money is returned to him within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, except for a 5% cancellation fee or NIS 100.  

The product will be returned at the consumer's expense, and in the event that the delivery is provided free of charge as part of a benefit / promotion, the consumer will be charged a delivery fee of $25.

D. When a transaction is canceled due to a defect, no cancellation fee will be charged, the consumer's money will be returned to him within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and the product will be returned to the business at the company's expense.

E. The product will be returned in its original packaging with the label on the jewel.

F. The company has the right to sue the consumer due to a decrease in the value of the product as a result of a significant deterioration in its condition.

G. The company will provide the consumer with a copy of the credit note that the business gave to the credit company.

H. Restrictions on the right of cancellation, It is not possible to cancel the purchase of lost products, products that have been manufactured specifically for the consumer, as well as products that can be recorded, copied and duplicated that the consumer has opened their original packaging.

I. In a distance selling transaction made with a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of making it, from the date of receipt of the property or from the date of receipt of the document.
